Olight Javelot Turbo 2 Rechargeable LED Torch

The Olight Javelot Turbo 2 is a high output rechargeable LED torch that is the successor to the Javelot Turbo, boasting both a higher output of 1800 lumens and a longer beam range of 1500 metres on the turbo setting.

To prevent overheating the Javelot Turbo 2 will maintain the turbo brightness for 4.5 minutes before dropping down to 800 lumens to protect the LED, and will again drop after 2 hours, 10 minutes.

Featuring a high performance NW LED, the Javelot Turbo combines this with a smooth reflector fitted into a large diameter head to provide a balanced beam profile with a tight central long distance hotspot surrounded by spill light. The body of the torch features an aggressive knurling design to ensure a good non slip grip, yet is still comfortable to hold due to the slim build.

Included with the torch is a handy wireless remote switch allowing for quick control of the torch which can be done from up to 8 metres away. The switch can also be mounted to a weapon using the included switch holder. A magnetic dock on the neck of the torch charges the remote switch, and also serves as a useful position for operation of the torch.

Another Javelot Turbo 2 upgrade is that it uses a removable 5000 mAh lithium-ion battery pack for easier replacement, instead of the body itself being the battery pack.

The battery recharged inside the torch using the included USB-C charging cable. Insert the USB-C cable into the concealed charging port on the neck and connect the other end to a suitable USB power source of at least 5 V 2 A. Alternatively the Javelot Turbo 2 is compatible with the Olight MCC3 magnetic charger (cable not included).

Two versatile switches give you multiple options for accessing the four brightness levels. The side switch operates all the outputs, with the last used brightness setting will be remembered next time you turn the torch on if it was turned off using the side switch. The tactical tail switch gives access to both low and turbo modes either for constant or momentary output.

A useful battery level indicator is represented with four lights around the side button, and the wireless remote switch also has a red blinking light to indicate low battery.

A nylon holster with a magnetic flap closure is included to protect your torch when not in use, and features a belt loop for easy carry.
