Olight Javelot Tac Rechargeable Weapon Mountable Torch (M-LOK)

The Olight Javelot Tac M is the tactical version of the Javelot Mini, offering the same excellent beam range of 600 metres and a circular LED which provides a crisp, balanced central hotspot (as opposed to the square shape many focused LEDs produce), but with the addition of a clever integrated rail mounting system.

Utilising a high performance cool white LED, the maximum output in high is 1000 lumens, before dropping down to 500 lumens after 6.5 minutes constant use, and then after a further 1 hours 18 minutes the output will drop again to 200 lumens to prevent the LED from overheating.

Professionally designed for rail mounts, the Javelot Tac M features an innovative mounting base integrated into the body of the torch, and includes a removable slide M-LOK mount with a twist mechanical lock for secure connection to the torch. The torch is also compatible with the separately available picatinny rail mount. To attach the mount to the M-LOK rail, the mount needs to be opened up by loosening the screws with the included tool. Once loosened it can be positioned wherever you want it on your rail and the screws can then be tightened up to ensure the mount is secure.

It also connects to the included sROD-7 remote pressure switch magnetically, rather than having to unscrew the tail cap and replace it, which makes it much more efficient. Once the pressure switch is magnetically connected, the ring can then be pushed down to lock it to the torch for extra security. The pressure pad can also be mounted on the rail as it is set in it's own rail mountable holder. A quick press of the pressure switch will access constant on/off, while press and hold will access the momentary operation.

The Javelot Tac also features the innovative low battery level warning function in the form of a subtle vibration within the torch, rather than a light, making it much more stealthy.

The low power vibration feature will notify you at the following power levels:
Power ≤30% - vibrate once every 5 minutes
Power ≤10% - vibrate twice per minute
Power ≤5% - vibrate three times every 10 seconds

The customised 2040 mAh 18500 lithium-ion battery is recharged inside the torch using the included MCC1 A magnetic charging cable.

Simply connect the magnet to the base of the Javelot Tac and plug the USB end into a suitable USB adaptor with an output of at least 1 A. The indicator light on the magnet will go red while charging is in progress and turn green once charging is complete after approximately 3 hours, 10 minutes if the power supply is sufficient enough.

Two modes of low and high are available which are controlled using the tactical tail switch. The tail switch will access constant low with a quick half press, or momentary low with a half press and hold. Constant high is accessed with a quick deep press or momentary high is activated with a deep press and hold. Single press the button again to turn the torch off.

Made from aluminium alloy, the Javelot Tac easily withstands the 1.5 m drop test, and as with most Olight torches, it also has an IPX8 waterproof rating.

Please note: *The high setting after 6.5 minutes run-time will decrease to protect the LED from overheating, and will drop again after 1 hour, 18 minutes.
