Fenix SW05R White and UV Rechargeable Clip Light

The Fenix SW05R is a lightweight, compact, rechargeable clip light with an output of up to 150 lumens, plus a 365nm UV light, perfect for everyday carry.

The white and UV light are mounted onto a rotary head with 200° of angle adjustment. The UV light is useful for seeing things undetectable to the human eye, such as stains, spills or leaks.

Two push buttons control the SW05R for easy operation. The front button controls the white light outputs while the purple side button controls the UV light output.

The SW05R is powered by a built-in 700 mAh lithium-polymer battery that offers up to 49 hours of run-time on the white low output and can be easily recharged via the USB-C port. 

The included pocket clip offers dual fitments for various options, such as attaching to a pocket, back pack or cap. Additionally, the base of the light is magnetic, adding further versatility to this premium LED lighting tool.

Great throw and spill

Great service from TorchDirect with helpful support over the phone. I opted for the warm version as I find it easier on the eye. The torch is robust and has a great non slip finish. It sits well in the hand and is easier to operate be it in basic or advance modes. For purists it’s not a perfect beam on a white wall but this doesn’t show up in ‘normal’ use and is far outweighed by the excellent balance of throw and spill making it great for walking or indoor use. The torch can tailstand (great for power cuts) and has a strong magnet to attach to anything magnetic.

Bought this torch for it’s runtime spec and that you can replace the battery or carry a spare with you if needed. For my needs this is the perfect head torch, operation is simple, the various light levels are ample i think for most people and it is comfortable to wear with the wide headband. My only mistake ordering this torch was i didn’t realise the difference between usb-c and usb-c micro which was what i had so i needed to order the usb-c charger and a usb-c to usb-a lead for home use. The torch is great snd you shouldn’t be disappointed if you purchase one.

Another good bit of LED LENSER kit

My second (but smaller & lighter) Led Lenser head torch but just as sturdy and well made. The filters are an added bonus - particularly the green one for picking out animal eyes when dog walking in the fields. Usual superb service from Torch Direct - thank you Stewart. PS extra filter pack bought separately.

Excellent Purchase

This is a great torch, a bit expensive but I think it’s worth the money.
The knurling in the handle makes it easy to hold, the default light is very bright, I’ve only used it on the General setting but even on low power (2 clicks) it was well bright enough for me to use following the dog around in a large garden at night.
I would thoroughly recommend this torch, I had an older model in which the batteries leaked and ruined and in some ways I’m glad as it gave me an excuse to buy the ML300LX

Olight Perun 2 Spare battery's

The spares appear and perform just like the original battery. Battery life seems good .. lasted about a month of evening dog walking 5 -7 hrs seems in line with spec. Prompt delivery after notfication that they were back in stock. I also feel reasonable price given its a slightly exotic size.
