Olight Javelot Mini Rechargeable LED Torch

The Olight Javelot Mini is a thrower torch designed to be more compact for everyday carry than it's big brothers, yet still offers a excellent beam range of 600 metres for a torch of it's size. It is also Olight's first edc torch with a circular LED which provides a crisp, balanced central hotspot (as opposed to the square shape many focused LEDs produce).

Utilising a high performance cool white LED, the maximum output in high is 1000 lumens, before dropping down to 500 lumens after 6.5 minutes constant use, and then after a further 1 hours 18 minutes the output will drop again to 200 lumens to prevent the LED from overheating.

The Javelot Mini also features the innovative low battery level warning function in the form of a subtle vibration within the torch, rather than a light, making it much more stealthy.

The low power vibration feature will notify you at the following power levels:
Power ≤30% - vibrate once every 5 minutes
Power ≤10% - vibrate twice per minute
Power ≤5% - vibrate three times every 10 seconds

The customised 2040 mAh 18500 lithium-ion battery is recharged inside the torch using the included MCC1 A magnetic charging cable.

Simply connect the magnet to the base of the Javelot Mini and plug the USB end into a suitable USB adaptor with an output of at least 1 A. The indicator light on the magnet will go red while charging is in progress and turn green once charging is complete after approximately 3 hours, 10 minutes if the power supply is sufficient enough.

Two modes of low and high are available which are controlled using the tactical tail switch. The tail switch will access constant low with a quick half press, or momentary low with a half press and hold. Constant high is accessed with a quick deep press or momentary high is activated with a deep press and hold. Single press the button again to turn the torch off.

Included for easy carry is a rigid plastic holster, which allows for quick draw of the torch in a tactical situation. The large clip on the back of the holster means the torch can be attached to a waistband, duty belt, backpack strap or pocket.

Made from aluminium alloy, the Javelot Mini easily withstands the 1.5 m drop test, and as with most Olight torches, it also has an IPX8 waterproof rating.

Please note: *The high setting after 6.5 minutes run-time will decrease to protect the LED from overheating, and will drop again after 1 hour, 18 minutes.
