The Fenix LR36R is a high performance rechargeable LEP laser searchlight with a LED semi floodlight that delivers a maximum output of up to 10,000 lumens and a beam range of 1260 metres.

The OLED smart display on the LR36R offers precise and immediate updates on brightness level, runtime, and battery life down to the minute.

The white laser produces a bright beam with excellent beam collimation, making it perfect for long-range illumination and precise positioning. Additionally, it can serve as a signal light in low visibility conditions. The LR36R also features a broad floodlight which is perfect for outdoor searching and caving. The laser and floodlight can be combined for am impressive 10,000 lumens outputs and 1250 metres beam range.

Four modes of floodlight mode, laser mode, combined mode and special modes are available and controlled using the centre push button and surrounding rotary switch for easy operation.

The LR36R is powered by the included two 21000 5,000 mAh lithium-ion batteries, which have a large capacity  in order to access the high output of the torch. The batteries are easily charged inside the torch via the USB-C charging port on the neck of the torch. While charging the OLED screen will display the battery level of the torch.

To prevent accidental activation, the LR36R features a lockout mode. Simply rotate the rotary switch to the lock symbol to lock the torch.

A low battery voltage warning function is programmed to downshift to a lower brightness level when the voltage drops below the preset level. Once it reaches low output the OLED screen will show an empty battery to remind you to charge the batteries.

A lanyard and holster are included to provide easy carry and transport of the torch, and the fixed pocket clip allows for easy attachment to a belt, pocket or backpack.

Please note:
To avoid overheating the torch has two types of inbuilt protection. The temperature protection will lower the output of the torch if the temperature reaches 55°C or above when using turbo, high and mid modes. Once the torch has cooled below 55° the brightness can be reset to the higher outputs. Please see images for a run-time graph.

Combined Mode:
High: 10,000 lumens; 2 hours, 27 minutes run-time; 1250 m beam range
Low: 100 lumens; 15 hours run-time; 514 m beam range

Special Mode:
SOS: 50 lumens; 28 hours run-time; 527 m beam range
Strobe: 10,000 lumens

Note: *The turbo output is measured in total run-time including any reduced output due to the temperature protection mechanism in the design.

Lab tested to ANSI / PLATO FL 1 standard using the two included Fenix ARB-L21-5000 5,000 mAh lithium-ion rechargeable batteries. Real use conditions may be different and therefore results may vary.

Fenix LR36R

I bought a Fenix LR36R and it was delivered very very quickly,i ordered it 2 days ago and got it today.

Im very impressed with the lazer beam and fog light and all the modes,its also very easy to use.

The torch is not overly heavy it feels great in your hand and with the lanyard you can tighten the torch to your wrist.

It also comes with a belt clip and a torch holster,im very impressed with it to be honest.

I saw on torch direct website they also offered a free engraving for up to 20 characters i think it was.

Because its 10,000 lumens and can go up to 1,260metres...when i ordered it for a laugh i put in the engraving section MARCS EYEBALL BURNER and the guys at torch direct actually engraved it for me haha and for free too so thankyou so much guys,im really over the moon with it and thankful for the swift delivery and for fulfilling my free humorous engraving i cannot thankyou enough.

I highly recommend torch direct and i will be making more purchases from you in future,i honestly cannot fault them at all im more than happy,thankyou all so much 10 out 10 from me! 😁👍🏻🤝🏻

Mini Maglite 2-Cell AA LED Torch
Great Torch

Bought this torch for it’s runtime spec and that you can replace the battery or carry a spare with you if needed. For my needs this is the perfect head torch, operation is simple, the various light levels are ample i think for most people and it is comfortable to wear with the wide headband. My only mistake ordering this torch was i didn’t realise the difference between usb-c and usb-c micro which was what i had so i needed to order the usb-c charger and a usb-c to usb-a lead for home use. The torch is great snd you shouldn’t be disappointed if you purchase one.

My second (but smaller & lighter) Led Lenser head torch but just as sturdy and well made. The filters are an added bonus - particularly the green one for picking out animal eyes when dog walking in the fields. Usual superb service from Torch Direct - thank you Stewart. Excellent Purchase

This is a great torch, a bit expensive but I think it’s worth the money.
The knurling in the handle makes it easy to hold, the default light is very bright, I’ve only used it on the General setting but even on low power (2 clicks) it was well bright enough for me to use following the dog around in a large garden at night.
I would thoroughly recommend this torch, I had an older model in which the batteries leaked and ruined and in some ways I’m glad as it gave me an excuse to buy the ML300LX

The spares appear and perform just like the original battery. Battery life seems good .. lasted about a month of evening dog walking 5 -7 hrs seems in line with spec. Prompt delivery after notfication that they were back in stock. I also feel reasonable price given its a slightly exotic size.
