Nitecore MH40S Rechargeable LED Torch

The Nitecore MH40S utilises a Luminengin G9 LED to provide 1500 lumens maximum output and a super impressive 1500 metres beam range.

Four brightness levels as well as three special modes are available and are controlled with the tactical tail switch and side mode button. The light is turned on and off with the tail button, which can also be half pressed to provide momentary illumination until it is released. Once turned on, single press the side mode button to cycle low, mid, high and turbo. The last used brightness level will be remembered when the light is next turned on.

Press and hold the side button while the torch is on to access the special modes and cycle through strobe, beacon, SOS and release the button on the desired mode. To exit special modes either press the side mode button to return to the previous output or turn the torch off with the tail button.

Designed for hunting and searching applications, the MH40S comes supplied with a wireless remote switch which removes the inconvenience of tangled wires or wires that just aren't long enough. The torch wirelessly connects to the remote using a 2.4 G signal within a range of 1 meter. Each remote has a unique digital ID, so you can be sure there's no interference from any other signals or remotes.

Once connected it provides access to constant on and mode changing with the small button, or momentary operation of turbo using the long pressure pad. Two mounting options provide flexibility, with a choice of sticky back velcro pads or velcro straps.

With the included NL2150 21700 5000 mAh lithium-ion batteries inserted into the torch, ensure that the tail cap is tightly screwed on before lifting the dust cover on the neck to reveal the USB-C charging port. Plug the included cable into the USB-C port, and the USB-A end into the included quick charge mains adaptor, and turn the torch on by clicking the tail switch to begin charging.

The charging indicator light built into the side mode button will slowly flash while charging is in progress and once charging is complete the indicator will turn solid. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours 45 minutes when charging the included batteries with the included quick charge adaptor.

Two power indicator functions help the user identify the remaining power. The first one is accessed with the torch off by holding the mode button, clicking the tail switch and then quickly releasing both buttons. The indicator built into the mode button with then flash 3 times for above 50%, flash 2 times for below 50% or flash once for below 25%. The second indicator function is automatic and when the light is turned if the power drops below 10% the torch will vibrate every 10 seconds to notify you.

The integrated advance temperature regulation (ATR) technology regulates the output of the MH40S according to the working condition and ambient environment to maintain the optimal performance.
