Nitecore LR70 Rechargeable LED Camping Lantern & Power Bank

The Nitecore LR70 is a rechargeable LED camping lantern and torch which also functions as a power bank to charge external devices, handy for camping trips or weekends away.

Offering 400 lumens of diffused white light in the highest setting from 20 high CRI LEDs (CRI ≥ 90) with a colour temperature of 4000 K, the LR70 has an extreme colour rendering capability with the light profile resembling natural sunlight and therefore reducing eye strain while providing a vibrant and detailed view of objects.

Powered by two built-in 21700 10,000 mAh lithium-ion batteries the LR70 has a battery life of up to 600 hours on the lowest torch setting. To charge the lantern simply lift the dust cover on the side of the lantern and insert the USB-C in the lantern and the other end into a USB power source. While charging a blue light in the tip of the lantern will slowly flash and once charging is complete it will turn solid blue after approximately 2 hours, 50 minutes when using quick charging or 4 hours using the standard charging.

The LR70 can also be used as a power bank, which will use the power from the installed batteries to charge external devices by inserting the charging cable of your device into the standard USB-C port of the lantern. The blue indicator will stay on constantly to show the external device is being charged.

The LR70 has two modes, torch mode controlled by the side switch and lantern mode controlled by the front switch. The torch mode outputs light from the bottom of the lanterns, to turn torch mode on or off long press the side switch. Once the torch is on, short press to cycle through the outputs of low, mid, high, and higher. The LR70 features a memory recall, and will remember which of these outputs it was last in the next time you turn it on. To access the turbo output, double press the side switch while the torch is on. The turbo output will last 30 seconds before returning to the previous output, or short press the side switch to manually exit. TO switch between torch and lantern mode simply press the corresponding switch while the torch is on in either output.

Long press the front switch to turn the lantern on or off and short press while the torch is on to cycle through the low, mid and high outputs. To access the red light, double press the lantern switch while the torch is on and then short press to cycle through the red low, red high, red beacon and red SOS outputs.

The LR70 can be used hands free with the metal hanging hook that is stowed underneath the lantern making it a convenient 360 degree light.
