Nitecore 21700 5300 mAh 20 A High Discharge Lithium-ion Protected Battery (NL2153HP)

The Nitecore NL2153HP is a premium quality, high capacity 21700, 5300 mAh lithium-ion battery that has a continuous discharge current of 20 A, and is specifically designed for use with high discharge devices.

This battery enables a highly efficient output by minimising the loss of power due to internal resistance, and features a dual way output with positive and negative polarities at both ends.

As with all Nitecore batteries safety is paramount and the NL2153HP cell has a range of internal features to keep you, your devices and chargers as safe as possible:

- High performance protection circuit
- Nickel plated steel straps at both ends of the battery to ensure high impact resistance, good electrical conductivity and oxidation resistance
- Coated with a durable metallic film to guard against abrasion
- Tough plastic circuit board protector

Please note: This battery is larger than a standard 18650 battery and cannot be used in standard 18650 sized torches. To extend battery life it is recommended that it is charged every three months when unused for long periods.
