The NEBO Luxtreme Nano is a rechargeable pocket sized hand torch, part of NEBO's Luxtreme collection which offer powerful long range beam distances with the Nano offering an impressive 300 metres in a compact and lightweight body.

Featuring the Smart Power Control the Luxtreme Nano has four settings including turbo, plus a strobe output. All outputs are easily controlled by the push button on the side of the torch.

Powered by a 300 mAh lihtium-ion battery, the Luxtreme Nano is easily recharged using the USB-C port located on the bottom of the torch in just an 1.5 hours. 

With an ingress protection rating of IPX6, the Luxtreme Nano is fully dust resistant and is water resistant to a strong water jet.

Wonderfully bright - the three levels are useful either for saving battery or for not blinding oneself/others.
I don't see anything in the manual about 'tactical momentary illumination' as mentioned on this webpage.
