NEBO Galileo Air 1000 Rechargeable LED Lantern

The NEBO Galileo Air 1000 is a rechargeable lantern that features a space-saving, collapsible design for convenient portability.

The lantern provides full 360° lighting when the dome is pulled all the way out, with a maximum output of 1000 lumens from the white LED, which is great for covering a larger close up area. As well as the white outputs the lantern also has a red output, which is useful for preserving night vision, night reading, animal spotting and helps keep mosquitos at bay when you're in a tent as they aren't attracted to the red light as much as white light. White strobe and red strobe are also available for attracting attention or an emergency.

An orange push button is located on the front of the lantern base and controls all functions of the Galileo Air 1000. Single presses of the button from off will cycle through high, mid, low, red and off, or alternatively to preserve the night vision direct to red access can be achieved by holding down the button while the light is off, and each press will then cycle the modes backwards if desired. White strobe is activated with a double press while turned on in the white mode, and the red strobe is activated with a double press while turned on in the red mode.

The Galileo Air 1000 is powered by the built-in rechargeable lithium polymer battery that is recharged via the included USB-C cable. To charge the internal battery, reveal the charging port (on the opposite side to the button) by lifting the dust cover and insert the USB-C end of the cable. Then plug the USB end into a computer, power bank or mains using a USB adaptor. A small charging indicator next to the charging port will turn red while charging is in progress and turn green once charging is complete after approximately 2 hours when using a 1 A input.

There is also a power bank function which is handy for charging your devices when away from home. Simply insert the devices charging cable into the standard USB-A port (next to the USB-C port) on the lantern to begin charging. A light on the lantern will go green to show the battery is above 25%, and change to red when it drops below 25%.

The handy carry handle is tucked away underneath and allows the lantern to be hung up or be easily carried.

Please Note: The torch will be in demo mode upon arrival and will only stay on for around 10 seconds, please insert the charging cable and charge the battery, and once disconnected it will exit demo mode for normal use.
