The light is very bright for about 30 minutes after charging, but soon fades after that

Can take a standard or rechargeable AA battery - important to have an emergency fallback.
Universal charging - standard USB supply with micro USB-C connection.
Waterproof.
Unbelievably powerful (even against my recent LED mini-torches) - comes at a price of course.
Good beam concentration and range.
Wonderfully bright - the three levels are useful either for saving battery or for not blinding oneself/others.
I don't see anything in the manual about 'tactical momentary illumination' as mentioned on this webpage.
