Fenix WF25RM Rechargeable LED Torch and UV Light

The WF25RM is a powerful, heavy duty rechargeable LED torch ideal for industrial work, security or search & rescue applications, supplied with a convenient magnetic charging cable & cradle charging solution.

Comprising a Luminus SFT70 LED, the WF25RM offers a maximum output of 3000 lumens on burst with a beam throw up to 370 metres distance and also features a 500 mW 365 nm UV LED for a UV light applications.

The UV light function is designed for special operations such as non-destructive testing and leak detection.

Featuring a single neck mounted switch for easy one-handed operation, the WF25RM has five white light outputs plus one UV light output, all accessed via the push button. The WF25R has an intelligent memory circuit and will remember the last used output, except for the burst and UV outputs.

The included Fenix 21700, 5000 mAh lithium-ion battery is charged inside the torch with the supplied magnetic charging cable, either directly or via the charging cradle. For convenience the cradle can be permanently wall or car mounted, but the removable magnetic cable still allows the flexibility for the torch to be charged elsewhere.

A built-in battery indicator is located on the front, which displays the battery status for 3 seconds every time the torch is turned on when using the included battery. The battery indicator also acts as a low voltage warning light while the torch is in use when using the included battery.

The overheat protection will automatically reduce the turbo or high lumen output if the temperature of the torch reaches 60°C or above in order to protect the LED from overheating. If the battery voltage drops below 3 V the torch is programmed to downshift to a lower brightness level until eco output is reached, at which point the LED indicator will flash red to remind you to charge the battery.

The WF25RM also features a proximity downshift sensor and will automatically downshift the output when illuminated too close to an object to prevent burns caused by high temperatures, except for while in the UV light output.

A special feature of this torch is the built-in spring loaded locking clip on the tail of the torch for convenient mounting to bars, ropes and belt loops.

Tested in laboratory conditions to ANSI/PLATO FL1 standard using 1 x Fenix 5000 mAh 21700 lithium-ion rechargeable battery. Results may vary between torch, battery and environments.
