Fenix HT18R Long Range LED Hunting Torch

The HT18R is a long range torch which utilises a Luminus SFT40 LED, offering a maximum output of 2800 lumens on turbo and throws the beam up to 1100 metres range distance, providing an excellent combination of output and distance.

Designed with hunting in mind, it comes supplied with two filters in red and green to help preserve natural night vision and to avoid spooking game, however the outputs and beam range will be reduced when using the filters. Simply line the filter with the head of the torch and press the filter down until it is secure.

The HT18R is powered using the included Fenix 21700 5000 mAh V2 lithium-ion battery, to charge the torch simply lift the dust cover and insert the USB-C cable into the torch and the other end to a suitable USB power source. The charging indicator will turn red while charging is in progress and green once charging is complete after approximately 3.5 hours from fully depleted.

Four brightness levels, plus strobe and SOS mode are available and operated with the circular tactical and oval functional tail switch for fast one handed operation. The HT18R is turned on and off with the tactical tail switch by fully pressing it down, and it also offers a momentary function by half pressing the button (the light will turn off when the button is released). Once the torch is on, the functional tail switch will cycle through low, mid, high and turbo with each press.

Press and hold the functional switch while the torch is on to access the strobe mode and then single press to switch between the strobe and SOS outputs. While the torch is off press and hold the functional button to directly access the momentary strobe function, releasing the switch will turn the torch off. The last used brightness setting (excluding strobe and SOS) will be remembered next time the light is turned on.

When the torch is turned on a battery level indicator built into the switch will light up for 3 seconds with either a green, green flashing, red or red flashing light to show the battery power remaining and notify you when the battery needs charging.
