Fenix E03R V2.0 Rechargeable LED Key Ring Torch

The Fenix E03R V2.0 is an ultra-compact rechargeable key ring torch offering an impressive maximum white light output of 500 lumens. It also features a red light setting which is useful for low level lighting and preserving night vision.

Weighing only 30 grams and smaller than a car key, the E03R V2.0 can easily be suspended from the included key ring on car keys, a key chain or with the built in loop on back or the light you could thread through a wrist or neck lanyard for carrying.

It is powered by a built-in 400 mAh lithium polymer rechargeable battery which is recharged via the USB-C charging port located on the side of the torch. Lift the dust cover and plug in the included USB Type-C cable at one end and plug the other end into a standard USB-A port or a compatible USB adaptor. The charging indicator light on the switch will go red while charging is in progress and turn green once charging is complete.

The torch is operated by a single push button which activates the white light by holding it for 0.5 seconds and then each press cycles through the modes of eco, low, med, high. The red light is accessed by holding down the button for 1.2 seconds and each press with cycle between the constant red and red flash. To access breathing light mode double press the button while the torch is off and then each press after will cycle through the modes of red, green and red and green in turn. Hold the switch for 0.5 seconds to turn the light off.

To prevent accidental activation the E03R V2.0 has a slightly recessed switch to minimise it being accidentally pressed and the torch also features an electronic lockout function. The electronic lockout is accessed by holding the button for three seconds while the light is off and the torch will blink twice to indicate it has entered lock-out mode. To unlock press the button for three seconds and the torch will blink twice and be activated on eco mode.

A built-in battery level indicator displays the battery status for 3 seconds when the button is single pressed with the light off. It will show either a solid green, green flashing, solid red or red flashing light. There is also a low battery voltage warning function is programmed to downshift to a lower brightness level when the voltage drops below the pre-set level. Once it reaches eco output it will blink red to remind you to charge the battery.

Intelligent overheat protection will automatically downshift the brightness output when the torch is used for extended periods in the high setting in order to lower the temperature. The high brightness setting can be reset if required.
