Fenix BC05R V2.0 Rechargeable Rear Red LED Bike Light

The Fenix BC05R V2.0 is an updated rear red rechargeable bike light that offers a maximum output of 15 lumens that is visible from up to 230 metres away, and provides an alerting distance of 50 m.

It is a multi-functional lamp that can be used as a red tail light when cycling with the included silicon mounting strap that is adjustable so that it can fit to bars and seat posts with a diameter of 20 - 35 mm and it could also be attached to tent poles for use while camping.

The included body clip allows the light to also be used for other applications such as attaching to a backpack to be seen from behind or attached to a head band or waist belt while doing other activities such as walking, hiking or running.

Whatever your application may be, the BC05R V2.0 offers six modes and is turned on and off by holding the button on the front for 0.5 seconds. Once turned on the modes are cycled through with each press of the button in the order of high, low, low flash (slow), low flash (fast), high, high flash (slow) and high flash (fast).

The BC05R V2.0 has a built-in rechargeable lithium polymer battery with an increased capacity of 400 mAh for longer run-times. Remove the dust cover from the USB-C charging port on the back of the light and plug in the USB-C end of the cable in, then plug the other end into a USB-A power source. The charging light under the switch will turn red to show charging in progress and turn green to show charging is complete. A full charge takes approximately 1 hour, 30 minutes.

A battery level indicator is also built into the switch and with a single press of the button with the light off it will show green, green flashing, red or red flash (critical) to indicate the battery status so you know when the light needs charging. There is also a low voltage warning function and the indicator will blink red while the torch is in use to remind you to charge the battery if the vo.
