Fenix ARE-X1 V2.0 Single Bay Lithium-ion Battery Charger

The Fenix ARE-X1 V2.0 is a lithium-ion battery charger with a single charging bay, that updates the ARE-X1, which now offers USB-C charging for a higher 1.5 A output and compatibility with an additional type of battery.

It is suitable for charging the following batteries;

Lithium-ion 3.6/3.7 V batteries:
18650, 21700 and 26650

USB-C to USB-A charging cable charging cable.

The included charging cable plugs into the USB-C port at the bottom end of the charger, and the standard USB-A at the other end of the cable plugs into a suitable USB power source with an output of at least 1.5 A. Once connected to power, insert a compatible battery into the charging bay and the LED charging indicator will go red to show that charging is in progress. Once charging is complete the LED will change to green.

This model has the advantage of a USB-A port power output, so you can use the ARE-X1 V2.0 as a power bank, enabling you to charge external devices at a maximum output of 1 A. Insert a compatible charged battery and then plug the charging cable of the device to the standard USB-A port at the top end of the charger to begin discharging the battery in order to charge your device.

When the battery is inserted to the charging bay, the LED indicator will go red to indicate critical power level or green to indicate that there is sufficient power to charge an external device and turn off after 3 seconds. When charging a device, the light will blink red to show that the battery is discharging, and will go out when the product is fully charged.

The charger is fully protected against short circuit, over current, Over-charge, over voltage and reverse polarity, assuring the utmost safety and taking the best possible care of your batteries.
