The Fenix ARB-L18-4000U is a premium quality high capacity 18650, 4000 mAh Lithium-ion battery specifically designed for high intensity torch use and is the perfect companion for all Fenix 18650 powered lights.

As well as being able to charge in a battery charger (Fenix charger recommended) the ARB-L18-4000U has an additional feature that sets it apart from standard 18650 batteries as it has a built-in USB-C charging port in the top of the battery.

Using a standard USB-C charging cable this battery can be easily charged up which is not only convenient but can also save money on buying a separate charger. A charging indicator will glow red once the charging cable is plugged in and connected to power to show charging is in progress and it will turn blue once charging is complete.

NOTE: Due to the increased length of the ARB-L18-4000U, this battery will only fit the following models and any new releases.

Finaly a 16340 that charges

Grate idea for a battery, I use it for a laser pointer.
Have had issues with charging thies smaller cells on typical 18650 size charger or simmiler chargers.
Battery works really well on the laser pointer + no need for a additional single cell charger.
Highly reccomended type for torches and other devices using 1 cell and charged a fue times / when needed.

Excellent budget torch (LED headlamp). The three white light options are excellent. The red nightlight option is perfect for camping/unobtrusive night use as it is a very low level localised red wash —NB not be ideal as a bicycle backlight — unlike some previous versions made by silverlight…but perfect for preserving night vision in the dark.

Great item with certain advantages over built in battery lights

This is a very useful light indeed. I bought it to supplement a built in battery COB work light, as a back up for extended use. It has the advantage of replaceable batteries so is absolutely perfect for my use. It would also be a very good back up in case of power cuts etc in a domestic situation given the easy availability of AA batteries. Obviously it was supplied by Torch Direct with their usual excellent service.

Nice torch

Nice torch - very bright. It took me a while to find out how to expose the USB charging point, but once you know it's easy. I haven't used it enough to verify the battery times, yet, but so far it is impressive. It would have been nice to be able to vary the narrowness of the beam.

What a torch. Small and lightweight but its beam is astonishing. I bought it for evening dog walking, for which it's ideal.

A proper key ring torch at last

This Armytech prime c1 torch is expensive, but previous rechargeable key ring torches were always dead when you came to use them. So far this has been excellent. It is ridiculously bright for a key ring torch, although it is very easy to get used to using this as a proper torch. Probably slightly too large for a keyring, but I use it anyway, and am very pleased with it. I Like the standard lithium battery (18350) which can be replaced.
